Syracuse University is embarking on an exciting project to build a new residence hall which will be located at 619 Comstock on the lawn in front of DellPlain Hall. The new residence hall will be a housing complex which will provide a well-rounded living experience for the students. It will have a striking, modern exterior and convenient location. The new hall, which has yet to be named, will be nine stories high, include about 140,000 square feet, and contain a mix of room types and amenities.

The new residence hall and will include the following:

• 250 beds for upper-class students
• 500-seat state-of-the-art dining facility
• 15,000 square-foot recreation facility
• 3,000 square feet of academic space

The approximately $50 million project will help Syracuse University remain competitive with other universities across the country and will serve as a model for future residence halls, dining halls, and renovation projects.
