Box Office Policies
- Dance party and concert ticket purchases are limited to FOUR at the SU/ESF student discount rate.
- You MUST physically present your OWN SU/ESF ID to receive the discounted price. Discounted rates will NOT be honored over the phone.
- If you order tickets over the phone, you MUST pay for them with a MasterCard or VISA. We do NOT hold tickets without payment.
- All purchases, including Regal tickets, can now be purchased with cash, check, ID (Interdepartmental Order), Supercard Plus OR MasterCard/Visa.
- There is a $5 minimum purchase requirement for all MasterCard and Visa sales.
- There is a $25 service charge on all returned checks. This amount will be automatically deducted from your bank account.
Please Note: The Schine Box Office does not offer refunds or exchanges on purchased tickets.
