Advice for Career Changers
Contemplating a change of career is not that unusual an activity. Exploration and pursuit of new paths is frequently thrust upon alumni by virtue of employer downsizing, relocation, or performance problems. Of course, other alumni explore change from a more personal motivation, i.e. a need for more earnings, more fulfillment, etc.
Whatever the reason, alumni can turn to the Center for Career Services for assistance with:
* career counseling
* career information gathering
* job search strategies and resources
* refreshing job search skills
* connecting with actual opportunities
* networking
Appointments
Alumni who are contemplating a new career direction may call the Center at 315 443-3616 to arrange an in-person or telephone appointment to discuss their situations.
