Transitions: Staying Connected to SU

There are many ways that graduates can stay connected to each other, to current and future Syracuse students, and to the life of the University. In the realm of career development, Syracuse graduates are wonderful resources for networking. Consider the following:

Utilize the University's Office of Alumni Relations. They have initiated an online community through which connections can be made and maintained. They coordinate reunions and other stimulating functions. They support regional and specialty alumni clubs.

Connect to alumni in NYC and Washington DC. Be aware of the programming for alumni that takes place in New York City at the Lubin House, and in Washington, DC at the Greenberg House.

Be alert to the Office of Program Development for African American and Latino Alumni/ae. This office coordinates CBT (Coming Back Together) reunions, promotes networking, and spreads news about SU life.

Connect to school and college alumni information as well as specialty alumni associations, great ways to stay in touch with fellow graduates and to share perspectives and job leads with current students. Even student organizations and activities like athletics, marching band, Soling, and pre-professional organizations like to hear from alumni/ae!
