Recruiting Syracuse University Students
Getting
Started
The Center for Career Services On-Campus Recruiting Program offers
the opportunity for employers to interview highly qualified undergraduate
and graduate students in majors
and programs from the schools
and colleges within Syracuse University.

and more than 82 foreign countries. In addition to its commitment to academic excellence,
Syracuse University promotes experiential education through numerous
internships, co-op programs, study abroad opportunities, and 300+
student organizations.
This balance between scholarship and practical
application explains why Syracuse is a key recruiting institution
for more than 375 large and small employers.

interview. After completing three or more interviews, students
may solicit feedback on their interview performance to gain better

an interview will be suspended from on-campus interviews, until
student meets with the Assistant Director and submits a letter
of apology to the employer. Please let us know if you have a “No

Follow-Up
Please complete our Employer On-Campus Recruiting Evaluation Form and the Student Hiring Form so that we may track both students’

information presented by employers in person, especially if such
meetings occur in advance of resume submittal deadlines. We can
arrange such meetings and target the students you wish to meet
with appropriate publicity. To explore or arrange such a session and catering
for the event, please email Sue Catanesye, our recruiting coordinator, or call her at (315) 443-2009.
