Vision
To be a leading, nationally recognized comprehensive career services center, committed to maintaining the highest levels of quality, attracting and retaining a caring and knowledgeable staff, promoting diversity awareness and appreciation, leveraging innovation and technology, and serving the career development needs of the Syracuse University community.

Mission

Provide leadership to Syracuse University on career development concerns through efforts:

To educate students and alumni about the career development, planning, and implementation process.

To support students and alumni in the exploration, identification, pursuit, and integration of personal and professional career goals.

To connect students and alumni to employment and continuing education opportunities.

To teach students and alumni effective career navigation strategies, skills, and techniques.

To inform constituents about career options, job market trends, and workplace paradigms.

To collaborate with students, alumni, university colleagues, and employers on projects that enhance career development and generate opportunities for students and alumni.
