• Build your knowledge of career fields, entry level positions and future possibilities.
• Network with alumni returning to represent their employers.
• All students welcome! Employers love to see first and second year students.

Note: Although interviews are generally set up through submittals on OrangeLink, some employers may hold open slots for interviews on Wednesday, October 8 and fill them with students they meet at this fair.

Be ready, well-informed and open-minded.

• Read Insuring Career Fair Success . A Q&A on the format, what to bring, what to wear, etc.
• Bring your questions and resumes for critiquing to advisors at the Center for Career Services. 
• Attend one of our special workshops!
• On the day of the fair, pick up the floor plan for the Dome when you check in
• Seek opportunity! Just because information on OrangeLink specifies certain current recruiting targets, don't assume that no opportunity will ever exist for someone with your qualifications and interests. Making a connection and a good impression with good companies leads them to remember you, especially since current technology allows them to store and retrieve your resume from a database so easily.
