corporate operations, and distributions, liquidation’s,
reorganizations, subchapter S corporations, and special taxes;
formation, operation, and liquidation of partnerships and their
federal income tax effects on partners. Extra work required of
grad. students. Students assist local businesses in tax return
prep.
