HIV / STD

New York State certified Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) counselors are available by appointment for free and confidential counseling and testing. The test is sent out to a reference laboratory and results are usually available in two weeks. Test results and your medical records are confidential -- only authorized Health Services personnel have access to your file. The test result will be released to outside medical personnel only with your written authorization. Call 315-443- 9005 to schedule an appointment.
