Welcome to the Office of Residence Life leadership website! On behalf of the Office of Residence Life, the ORL Leadership Committee, and the Residence Hall Association (RHA), congratulations on your interest in leadership! We define “leadership” as “the relational process in which an inclusive group of people collectively strives to positively transform themselves, their group, and the larger society through focused collaborative and individual effort.” Simply put, let’s work together to make positive changes in society.

In our department, you will find that we train our student leaders within the Social Change Model of Leadership Development. You will find that there are a variety of activities and organizations that students living in the Residence Halls can become involved in. So please take a few minutes to learn more about the Social Change Model, the events and organizations we sponsor, the GOLD Class, or just look at our student leaders in action!
