You must receive approval from Risk Management at least 3 weeks in advance (capella@syr.edu).
If you are a registered student organization or part of FASA, you need to contact Alison Laclair at amsmit03@syr.edu. All others, please contact your department's budget specialist. Any cash on site requires a DPS officer to be present. Groups must follow university reg on cash handling/collection
